You will learn the basics of beading by completing a project that creates a matched set of earrings, bracelet and necklace that you will be proud to take home at the end of the class. The three levels of pricing determine the type of stones that you wish to use in your ensemble. Please see the pictures to select the price level stone you want to use. Actual samples are available at the show so that you can see what your finished project will look like at the end of the class. During the class you will learn all the proper techniques used in the design and fabrication of earrings, bracelets and necklaces so that you will be able to desing and create your own pieces at home. All tools needed will be provided at the show, and you will learn how to use them. After class you will be able to find all these tools from vendors at the show. Depending on the number of students, the class will last from 2-3 hours. Darlene is not only known for her design skills, but she also has an extensive background in adult education, which makes the class both rewarding and fun. Her only rule is that no one is done until they are both comfortable and proficient with all the techniques and skills she teaches during the session.
